APM - Session Expired/Timeout: Start a new session link

Hi Guys,

 

I am trying to modify the URL that the 'Start a new session' link points to when an APM session has expired. We currently use F5 as SAML SP and use external IDP connector for SAML authentication. The current behavior just points the browser back to the F5 SP page (eg: https://xyz.com) we would like to point users to specific URL https://xyz.com/wecome.jsf

 

I have been looking in the customization area of APM to accomplish this but without success.

 

Any ideas where this URL value is stored and options for modifying the URL?

    Hello, in the APM go into Customization and select Advanced (Access>Profiles>Customization>Advanced). . Go into the Access Policy and Logout and find the logout.inc file. Change the '/' to whatever URL you want to link to. For example this is what you are looking for:
