APM - Session deleted (network_error; code - 16385).
Hi,
I quite often see this error message in our APM logs, 16385. Looking up this error code at https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K51235429 it shows
Error Code: 16385, Meaning: DNS resolved to new IP address after original session.
Now, our VPN hostname doesn't change during the client session. However, we do offer dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6, so it has an A and AAAA record.
Our clients use the 7183 Edge Client for macOS.
I would appreciate if somebody could explain a little bit more about what could possibly be causing this 16385 error.
