API call to get access-info for user is not working on 13.1.0.1

API call to get access-info by user ID or client IP is not working on 13.1.0.1, this use to work on 13.0.0 and since I upgraded 2 weeks ago this has stopped working - /mgmt/tm/apm/access-info?options=logon-user+userID. When i try to access /mgmt/tm/apm/access-info I get list of all user, looks little different to me
