Currantly apache load balancer is used and working as proxypass and reverse proxypass. Now i have to transfer that to F5 LTM 5000s v.11.4.0.

NimbostratusMy recommendation would be to use the proxypass irule (https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iRules.proxypassv10.ashx). It scales pretty well, and was designed to replicate the Apache proxypass commandset.
