Besides using grep is there any way to filter in tmsh for specific criteria?   ie: if I want to find all virtual servers with security-log-profiles = none is there a way to specifiy that when runn...

Try this from bash:

tmsh list ltm virtual security-log-profiles | grep -C1 none
