I found this thread from nearly 3 years ago stating that there were no plans at that time to upgrade the version of TCL from 8.4

CumulonimbusUp to TMOS verion 11.6.0 TCL version is
8.4.68.5.7I do not know of any plans to change this again any time soon as currently 8.5.7 does everything needed.
