EmployeeBIG-IQ ADC does not currently support selection of profiles. That is on the roadmap for an upcoming release. In the current release, you can navigate to BIG-IQ Security >> Shared Security and create the VIP there, as it has some profile support. It also has support for manually sync'd clusters.
