NoctilucentLike Nick says, definitely run the EUD and execute all of the tests. That should help isolate what the issue is.

CirrostratusI took his last comment to mean he tried to load EUD but it even rebooted then. Are there diagnostics other than EUD? I've only ever had to run EUD once and that was years ago.
