AFM don't want download ip inteligence feed lists from other base

Hello, I have some problem with AFM configration - Please, could you say why LB - AFM don't want download ip inteligence feed lists. I have IpInteligence and AFM licence. But I need have feed frm other base - ex. MAXMIND- Bleow my config:

LB don't want to donload feed-list and upgrade from http server - If I put manually IP - everything it's ok.
