Advance Customization of Full Webtop :: BIGIP APM

Hi, I need to know about the advance customization of the portal landing page in BIGIP APM. can any one guide me to how change the complete view of page (Full Webtop) i.e. textbox, help button etc. ...

For me, I have found that customizing the webtop is severely limiting in that the header and footer are the only parts that can be changed.
