ADFS Trust Establishment Failed

Hello I´m trying to configure ADFS authentication, but without success Do you have any idea where could be a problem ?

 

I used this guide: https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/ad-fs-proxy-replacement-on-f5-big-ip-30191

 

ADFS Trust Establishment Failed: Failed to establish ADFS trust relationship on the virtual server /Common/ADFS.app/ADFS_adfs_vs_443: ADFS has rejected the trust request with following reason: Not Found

 

Next issue is, that when I set up health monitor with port 443 it show me this port as down, but if I test it from CLI with command: "telnet IPofADFS 443" it is working. I have different servers, where I setted up port 443 and health monitor is green(UP).
