Adding RDP as protocol for vmware_view iapp?

I am wondering if anyone had any tips on what I need to do to add support for RDP as a protocol for our vmware_view iapp? PCoIP and Blast are both working fine currently but when I select RDP as a protocol for the VDI, I receive an Error: HTTP error 500.

 

I believe it is due to not having the F5 iApp configured to handle RDP as a protocol as if I bypass the F5 and go directly to the connection broker, it works just fine.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    APM log shows:

     

    Jun 28 13:14:59 big-ip-1 err vdi[7607]: 01490000: {11945.C.6f4918de} Failed to handle View request: RDP protocol is not supported for VMWare View

     

    But I also see a log on the broker server that my login comes to that machine with RDP listed as protocol, then it fails with HTTP error 500.

     

    Still not sure why or how to fix, but maybe that'll spur someone's mind to where I should be looking.
