Adding my Product and support to bigF5 account
Hello ,
I am requesting assistance to register an F5 device that was purchased through an authorized third‑party reseller. Please link this product and its support entitlement to my F5 account so that I can access its support status and manage it directly ?
when i try to open case i just get the "NGINX Products"
Do you have any idea ?

Thanks for posting your question. Account maintenance is handled through our support team, when you are logged into your MyF5 account there is an option for chat or you can call the support line directly. Here is the link to our support numbers depending where you are located.
