Hi Diamond, because caching can cause behavior like you describe, I'd recommend disabling the cache (BIG-IP's and the browser's) temporarily to test if this is causing the bad behavior. If you're unfarmiliar with caching, please read this article: https://www.f5.com/glossary/caching
If you are using Portal Access (please read this article to understand what it is
https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K13425) , then try using the "no cache" setting, also explained in that article.
