AD module: authentication with 'domainname\username' failed
Issue: AD module: authentication with 'domainname\username' failed: Client 'domainname\username@DOMAINNAME' not found in Kerberos database, principal name: domainname\username@DOMAINNAME. Please verify Active Directory and DNS configuration .
External link connected via :Open network->system -> Excel file -> Data -> From Database -> From Analysis Services ( used for External link https://xxxxx.xx.com with username "Domain/Username")
with out APM the application working successfully , but we enable the APM the AD module Failed , due to "domain/username" .
please let us know any solution for the APM end to remove the "Domain"?
Note: Internal link is required the "Domain/username"

Hi,
If you use APM (And I think yo), you don't need to enter the domain in the login logon page. You only have to put the user (cn / samaccountname) + PWD.
If you want to remove the domain, you can do it easly (Please check the post of stanislas):

if you want APM remove domain name before authentication, check split domain from username box in logon page properties
