It seems you have a curly brace too many.
Instead of:
expr { [mcget -secure {session.logon.last.password}] equals { [mcget {session.ldap.last.attr.userPassword}]}
Try:
expr { [mcget -secure {session.logon.last.password}] equals [mcget {session.ldap.last.attr.userPassword}]}
