ActiveSync APM with client certificate authentication sessions getting queued

Hi,

 

We have a ActiveSync setup using APM with cert based auth. Kerberos ticket lifetime is default 10 hours. This solution has been running fine for over 3 months. Last week we did experience issues with this solution. Users were not getting connected.

 

Upon checking APM logs I noticed this error message

 

Mar 15 00:05:54 slot1/xxx err apmd[5828]: 01490000:3: queue.cpp func: "printx()" line: 354 Msg: Queued fd 197 queue time 1 source address 127.20.1.1

 

Had to fail-over to standby unit for the sessions to re-establish.

 

Did anyone experience this error message and what this refers to ?
