Dear Experts. I have one arm topology if i create Active/Active Topology for my two Units and HA links goes down what will happen?

Regardless of your topology, if the HA link goes down, then both boxes will go active with the entire configuration which usually leads to duplicate IP addresses. The F5 configuration gives you the option to put in multiple paths for the HA link. Create another VLAN dedicated for HA in addition to a data-plane or mgmt plane path to give you redundancy.
