Active-active with single traffic group

Hello,

I am running a small test cluster of two BigIP VEs. All the failover objects are in a single traffic group but somehow both units consider themselves active. Configuration sync works fine so they have contact and awareness of each other.

I need them to be an active-standby cluster and as far as I understand this will be the default when you only have one traffic group, the default one.
