MVPIf you changed the IPs and they aren't able to reach each other on these IPs that would absolutely cause an active/active situation. I believe you will also have to update the HA configuration, I can't remember the exact spot, that was using that old management IP. I think the easiest way to find this spot would be to perform a config diff and see what didn't carry over.
