Accessing a sharepoint page prior to authentication

Hello all,

I wonder if you could help me with a problem I am having at the moment; I have a sharepoint website set up with correct permissions to allow an unauthenticated user to view a "contact us" popup page. The page simply provides the user with details on how to contact the client via email and telephone. The details for this email and phone number are stored in a sharepoint list and the client wants to be able to update these details from a single place (this list) only.

The client also has a heavily customised logon page for F5 and they wish to be able to click on the link from the logon footer and have the contact us popup displayed. I'm aware I can recreate this popup by customising the F5 logon page but that then means the client will need to update their details both in the sharepoint site and through F5 which they aren't happy about.

In short, is there any way I can grab the rendered contents of a sharepoint page and display it as a popup on the logon page without the user needing to authenticate through F5 first? Please note that Sharepoint is fine with displaying this page to an unauthenticated user. I was told by an F5 expert that I could do it with a sideband connection or PHP but I am very new to both and as such don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance!!

Adem
