Michaelyang Do you have any debug logs on either side of this tunnel? Ideally if you could provide debug logs from both sides that would be helpful in narrowing down the issue on this.

How do I look up the part about f5, please?

cat /var/log/racoon.log ?

    Michaelyang That should be the location that logs for IPsec tunnels are sent.

    or /var/log/ipsec.log

    did you find anything there?
