This is a failing monitor.
Answering these questions may help you solve the issue.
- Was it previously working or is this a new configuration?
- What does the pool look like? (tmsh show ltm pool)
- Is the monitor configured correctly? (tmsh list ltm monitor)
- Is the pool member responding correctly when you use cURL from the LTM?
