a little help for a non professional user

hi all, here is my problem. I have installed on my i-device and on my android phone the free version of the hedge client and I successfully connect to my company vpn. I have tryed connecting with the same vpn via the standard vpn client of windows 8 without getting there. I have installed the big-ip client (provided by my ict guy) on the same machine but nothing! Does anyone has a good tip on * how to configure the standard win8 vpn client or * how to change the configuration of the big-ip client in order to insert the correct credentials (user/password) thank you francesco
