404 Error when setting security policy for a virtual server
Hello, devcentral community, I'm getting started using iControl REST and I'm getting an unexpected error when I try to set security policy for a vs. Here is what I'm sending with postman(a chrome app):
The full content of message is: "message": "01070734:3: Configuration error: The bot-defense-asm profile /Common/ASM_highlevel was added to virtual server /Common/myvstest but it does not match the asm-controlling policy. The bot-defense-asm profile is added to the virtual server automatically."
"it does not match the asm-controlling policy", i don't know what that means.
The following two pictures can show the profiles difference between setting and not setting security policy.

Do you have the same error if you try to do that manually via GUI?

Not sure why is failing, maybe the GUI does other steps automatically, so you need to do all steps manually via REST. As an example, if you add an ASM policy to a virtual server via GUI, the GUI will automatic add the LTM policy that is linked to the ASM policy to the virtual server.
Read this documentation, as it has step by step examples about iControl REST.
