Try something like this:

when HTTP_REQUEST {
    if { ([HTTP::host] eq "abcd.com") and ([HTTP::uri] eq "/sites/swift/%uri%") } {
    HTTP::respond 301 Location "https://x.abcd.com/sites/swift/%uri%"
    }
}
