Nimbostratus2 LTM ver 11.3 couldn't sync config
I just found the 2 LTM ver 11.3 couldn't sync config. They could, and I have no idea from when configsycn had stopped working, because I left them for about a month. I have gone through all the steps...

Do you have any iApps deployed? We had any issue with synch where an iApp and been deployed and then synched with partner device. The iApp was then amended but it prevented synch from working.
The fix was too delete the config of partner deviceand then synch again.
Also a previous synch issue was resolved by a restart of MCPD daemon
