Nimbostratus2 LTM ver 11.3 couldn't sync config
I just found the 2 LTM ver 11.3 couldn't sync config. They could, and I have no idea from when configsycn had stopped working, because I left them for about a month. I have gone through all the steps...

Cirrus- Make sure you have a crossover cable connected between 2 LTM on failover ports.
- Is HA vlan working fine and have the right ports connected to it by crossover cable.

HA Vlan is good, and we are not using crossover failover cable.
