[13.1.1, 7.1.7.1] Windows Edge Client download button grayed out

I don't seem to have the ability to download the Windows Edge Client Package for 13.1.1, apm version 7.1.7.1. The button is grayed out for the windows section. It doesn't seem to matter what profile I select, I created a new one with the same effect. The Mac download is available but not what I need. Any help would be appreciated.
