12.1.0 apm log error: Access encountered error: ERR_NOT_FOUND

One of the possibility of hitting this error message is, if a APM session is expired on the BIGIP and if a client tries to reconnect to the (now expired) session. In that case, it is bug id573611 (affected version: 12.1).

e.g. If client loses internet connection for whatever reasons and tries to reconnect back when that APM session on BIGIP is already expired, the above log will appear.

If your case is not matching with this symptom, then it may be due to other reasons.

To confirm that, can you post few more lines just before this error log?
