.NET RSS Feed?

I was wondering if anyone has converted the RSS Feed NetworkStatus.cgi perl script (found on the codeshare) into a .NET one for us Windows users?

Unfortunately I haven't made any progress on this. Just too many things on my plate. It's still there, just haven't gotten to it yet.
