“Failed to download configuration “ / Alter the cipher strength in the Client SSL

Hi All,

 

We are facing “Failed to download configuration" error on client side( WINDOWS 7 IE9) while connecting SSL VPN, My Vendor suggest to Alter the cipher strength in the Client SSL. Please guide us to proceed further.

 

Our F5 Version : BIG-IP 11.5.1 Build 3.0.131 Hotfix HF3
