hi guys, i have a migration scenario and need you inputs for best approach to migrate. currently i have following scenario: Firewall > Netscaler WAF > F5 LTM and need to replace the Netscaler WAF and F5 LTM with a new F5 LTM + WAF on same appliance. obviously, i can't migrate the learned traffic from old Netscaler WAF to New F5 LTM+WAF. actually i'm thinking to migrate the existing F5 LTM to the new F5 LTM+WAF and after completely finish of the migration, i will create the ASM policies on the new devices and keep it in learning mode. the scenario become as Firewall > Netscaler WAF > New F5 LTM+WAF and F5 WAF in learning mode, once the new F5 WAF learned the traffic, i will change the NAT from the Netscaler WAF to the NEW F5 LTM+WAF. what do you think about that? also if any one have another applicable idea here, please share.673Views0likes4CommentsNetscaler to F5 LTM - Gateway Session Profile
Hi All, Any details/docs on re-creating NetScaler's Gateway Session Profile settings to F5? Basically: Netscaler Gateway -->Virtual Servers --> Virtual Server --> Policies --> Configure NetScaler Gateway Session Profile --> Options such as Home Page URL; Session Time-out; I'm trying to configure a redirect on the F5 that seems to be handled by this policy on Netscaler. Basically, when user hits blah.company.com(external), LTM redirects them on the back-end server with blah.company.com/http/internal.blah2server.company.internal . For example. Right now my redirects using iRule are either internal.blah2server.company.internal that are send to user BUT user can't resolve this. OR when doing the full redirect, F5 doesn't know what to do with it where to send it on the internal side. PS: no pools or nodes here. Just VIPs. Thanks for feedback.275Views0likes0Comments
