Hi John, I found the solution but were not able to test it, as client requirements were changed and now they don't need SSL bridging. The solution that I found after going through a number of F5 articles is that in order to retain the client cert. I need to turn on ProxySSL at both server and client side SSL profiles. In that way, client cert will be directly passed by the f5 to a server as soon as it receives it.
