SMTP iApp

Problem this snippet solves:

Even though the Exchange iApp is great, there was no SMTP virtual server configuration. Therefore i created this basic SMTP iApp back in March 2013. Was used on LTM version 11.2 and above. Upgrade from v11.2 to v11.3 iApp and functionality still worked.
