Simple Firewall in a iApp

Problem this snippet solves:

Simple interface to insert firewall rules to a iRule through a iApp. It work on TCP/UDP connections. You can have the firewall reset the connection or drop the connection. The iRule also logs drop packets to review.

TODO: Add HSL location, ICMP support
