Basic HTTP with SNAT iRule and Nagle disabled

Problem this snippet solves:

This is the basic f5.http template with a few changes. First if you selected SSL offload and WAN tcp profile it will turn off Nagle in the profile. Next there is a new question asking if you want to SNAT connection from VIP IP address. If so it add an iRule to SNAT connections from the VIPs IP address.
