I’m using APM as a SAML identity provider (IdP) in a solution that’s IdP initiated and uses only external service providers (SP). Is it possible to extract the SAML assertion for redirection to a different website?

From version 14.1.0 there are new iRule SAML events you can use. This might be useful to you.
