But what % will have apps that are active-active, read/write for persistent data both on premises and in an AWS like setting? Guessing a large majority will position apps with zero data affinities remotely, some as bare metal co-lo, and call it hybrid cloud. A cynic would say, though not me, this will often be done for ego fulfillment purposes. (Side note: Add Comment box is rendered as a data entry box about 20 characters wide.)
