Awesome! Given that almost the entire editorial staff at NWC was remote, we all telecommuted and we were all very productive as well. Most of our work involved phone calls and e-mail, so we were able to concentrate on that without the numerous interruptions that often occur in an office setting. Even now I suspect that aids in keeping productivity high.
Of course, at least once a week we must get out of the house, just to remind ourselves that other people really do exist, but aside from that I absolutely agree that you can actually be *more* productive telecommuting than going to the office.
