Hi Jason, We have noticed that the client device must have intermediate certs in the certificate store for things to work. We installed new certificates that had a new chain but they failed to work. We ended up installing intermediate certs in the cert store. I am wondering why it did not work if CA was same despite the fact that chain had changed?
