Great, thanks for the whitepaper and the article, Charles. Do you know what license/version is required to have both Rate Shaping and DNS_REQUEST iRule event? There is a post in the forums about this.. I cant find Rate Shaping in my GTM only device and wonder of the DNS_REQUEST + rateclass command are available in LTM only device....
