To upgrade to adv. ASM you need to purchase a license and also by the subscription/license for the mobile SDK.

 

You can whitelist all the url's but you then also more or less loose the DoS feature where it should help you out. That is why I would try to get a better sense of the mobile app and then only disable if you can "taste" it is legitimate traffic via an iRule.
