What is the expected behavior if Proactive BOT is set to always and a request comes from a benign Bot? What I have seen is that something with a valid signature for say Google Bot will still get the JS challenge and ultimately will get blocked. I would expect that if the bot has been identified via the signatures that proactive would not kick in. Am I missing something? I've seen this on 12.1 and 13.1
