@zack, great question! The presence of the TSPD_101 cookie does not automatically indicate that Proactive Bot Defense has been enabled. Other security features on the BIG-IP also use this same cookie. I can look into writing more on the ASM javascript injection behavior as well...thanks for the feedback!
