adit - you are correct. Not many people know this, but you can actually see previous versions of DevCentral articles. I don't recommend looking through old versions though, because I update my articles if/when they need to be updated due to product updates. Anyway, yes you can now use NodePort or Cluster IP services with the Secure Gateway Artchitecture!
