How LTM treats TCP connection for data transfers, I faced several situations, where users are uploading or downloading something via LTM and connection drops when idle timeout condition reached. To resolve this I had to increase timeout value on LTM as well as on server. If that is the case then How LTM will understand that the connection is idle and when to reset its idle timeout counter.
