If your SMS provider uses HTTPS you have to do a bit more work. APM won't let you enter https URIs in the HTTP Auth object (tested on 14.1). A solution to that is to create layered virtual servers, set your SMS provider as destination, listening on HTTP, add a server SSL profile and use auto populating FQDN node/pools.
