EmployeeGuided Configuration v7 fixed some of these, so if you're running v15.1 or v16.0 and AGC v7.0 it should allow Modern it at least the following sections:
- IAP
- SAML IdP
- Exchange Proxy
- OAuth AS
- ADFS proxy
- OAuth Client/RS
