MVPShort update HTTP/2 with TLS1.3 only is supported by some F5 vodo cipher rules magic and they will fix it in 21.1 as to not have to use the Voodoo magic.
Other than that https://cdn.f5.com/product/bugtracker/ID1196505.html should be solved in 21.2.
We are getting at a working TLS1.3 with HTTP/2 and AWAF/ASM.
